ORDERING

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

  • We do not accept changes to your outfit since Audition Outfits are custom made. Email info@dallaswearuniforms.com for assistance.

My company/organization is tax exempt, where should I send documentation?

I'm in a rush, do you have items that are ready-to-ship?

  • Yes, we offer sample sale items that ship next day. Please view our Sample Sale items and find pieces that are ready-to-ship.

Do you have swatches that I can order?

  • Yes! You can order fabric swatches. Here is the link to Fabric Swatches and customize your order of swatches. At the moment lycra fabrics production time is 3-5 business days and any other fabric is 5-7 business days to produce before shipping.

How can I track my order?

  • Once the order is placed from our website you will receive a confirmation email that includes the details of your purchase. Once the item is shipped from our facility, you will receive a tracking number. Here is the link to USPS tracking page.

Can I place an order for a team/group?

  • Yes! Please head over to TEAMSHOP™ page to download our FREE CATALOG to place any orders for a team/group. 

Why am I having card issues?

  • Contact your bank and confirm the billing postal code for that particular card matches your billing information.

I live in the area, can I try on samples in person?

  • No, unfortunately we do not have a physical store and are unable to accommodate trying garments on at this time but we have Fabric Swatches you can order to get a feel of our amazing fabrics!

Shipping & Processing Time 

Does customization add to the processing time?

  • Our website gives you an option to customize your own audition outfits. Our production time is 10-business days + shipping. Email info@dallaswearuniforms.com for assistance.

How long will it take to recieve my order?

  • We have a 10-business day production time and depending on the shipping method selected at checkout as well as your location delivery could take an additional few days once your order has shipped. For example, if you purchase an order on the 1st then the shipping date will be the 15th. This timeframe includes production time and shipping time.

What shipping options do you offer?

  • We currently only offer shipping through United States Postal Service (USPS). With USPS we offer Priorty Mail as well as Priority Mail Express options.
  • Standard Shipping: $9.95
  • Express Shipping: $49.95
  • 5-Day-Rush Shipping: $100.00
  • 3-Day-Rush Shipping: $175.00

Why has my order not arrived?

  • Please check to make sure that you have received your email notification that your order has shipped. If your order has shipped make sure to double check the tracking information provided for an estimated delivery date. If 10 or more business days have passed since your order was shipped please contact us and we will be in touch as soon as possible to investigate.

How long will it take to complete my order?

  • Our standard production time is 10-business days and we operate Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm Central Standard Time. For example, if you purchase an order on the 1st then the shipping date will be the 15th. This timeframe includes production time and shipping time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Sizing & Customization 

Can I customize my design?

  • Sometimes! At Dallaswear, we offer a plethora of custom options that you can choose from on our website. We only offer customization through the options on the website. Please email info@dallaswearuniforms.com for any assistance.

What sizing do you recommend I wear?

  • Here is the link to our Size Chart for more information on sizing and what we recommend for our garments.

Can stones be added to any purchased style?

  • The option of adding rhinestones will be available to any pieces that have the option "add rhinestones." Rhinestones can only be added to the products that have that option. Please email info@dallaswearuniforms.com for assistance.
