What You'll Be Doing:
- Working closely with the sublimation print department lead to execute apparel sublimation printing, cutting, and bundling.
- Operating key equipment such as the heat press, laser cutter, and manual rotary cutter.
- Following the direction of the department lead and Production Manager to meet daily production schedules.
- Implementing quality control standards to ensure our products are top-notch.
- Assisting with inventory management of fabric and printing supplies on a monthly basis.
- Contributing to process improvements and maintaining efficient operating procedures.
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment according to schedule and training.
- Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including daily opening and closing duties.
- Assisting with the upkeep of the production floor space.
- Performing time studies and tracking production times for various department processes.
- Being willing and able to lift and move items weighing between 50-100 lbs.
- Utilizing your hands and fingers for handling and operating equipment.
- Standing for extended periods of time and demonstrating flexibility (pulling, bending, stooping, lifting).
- Effectively communicating with team members.

Job Summary
Waitressville and Dallaswear Uniforms we are currently looking for a Customer Service Star that is ready to join an awesome team! Our customer service and office assistant candidate is genuinely excited to help customers and support management get things done. She/He is patient, empathetic and addresses all Customer inquiries via telephone, email and written correspondence. Investigates and resolves customer questions, issues, complaints or concerns. Coordinates with resources to resolve issues, as needed, and communicates the resolution to the customer.
Must have strong problem solving skills, be a team player and support other departments in the organization when in need of assistance. Job Details:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries/ Resolve customer issues.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide work orders status information to customers.
- Perform customer verifications.
- Set up new customer accounts.

Production Sewing Machine Operators

We are located in Dallas near Forest and Skillman. Please only respond if you are willing to drive to our location for work Monday-Friday 8-5pm. Our factory manufactures KNIT fabrics. We make dancewear and restaurant uniforms. We have a climate controlled, very clean and bright sewing factory with windows, a nice break room and a wonderful English/Spanish speaking supervisor. You must have at least 5 years production sewing experience on Strait stitch and Serger. Coverstitch experience is very much needed too.
