Inside Sales Representative – Waitressville / Dallaswear Uniforms 

Job Description

Waitressville and Dallaswear Uniforms are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative that is ready to join an awesome team!  Our new star is someone who is ready to take on new challenges daily and is motivated by personal and financial growth. Job Description:

  • Grow and build a sales pipeline from trade show leads, online marketing efforts, direct marketing programs and inbound customer inquiries
  • Utilize social media to reach customers and build our brand
  • Maintain a robust and ongoing customer database for all sales channels
  • Close sales to meet and exceed quarterly sales goals
  • Create a pattern of constant research and development of new ways to engage and sell necessary products to current clients
  • Log and report all sales leads, communication and details in company PLM platform
  • Follow-up with all orders to ensure satisfaction
  • Work with major accounts and assist franchisees of major accounts
  • Attend 4-5 tradeshows per year
  • Follow up on tradeshow leads to generate sales
  • Work directly with clients, Professional Sports Teams and Cheerleading directors in conjunction with Dallaswear Head Designer
  • Secure all uniform approval forms for custom clients (Dallaswear and Waitessville)
  • Present 30/60/90 sales plans to CFO and CEO
  • Work directly with CFO and CEO on sales and marketing strategies initiatives and sales goals
  • Find new markets for existing products
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to leadership team
  • Analyze and stay up to date on competitor collections including products and price etc.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in retail or inside sales with excellent customer service experience; business to business sales is a plus
  • Proven record of consistently hitting/exceeding sales targets or quotas a plus
  • Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
  • Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite; Adobe CC experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven telephone selling skills a plus
  • Highly driven to meet goals and self-motivated
  • Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Superior negotiating and pricing skills
  • Must be highly organized
  • Outstanding communication and follow up skills
  • Competitive and kind
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with other internal departments and with an outside field sales team
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required

Job Details

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries/ Resolve customer issues
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries 
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Manage client accounts
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Maintain customer databases
  • Communicate and coordinate with sales and internal departments

  • Assist Design and Art department in production overflow
  • Greet clients and customers who visit our facility
  • Give facility tours
  • Maintain tidiness of front office and display/conference/meeting areas

  • Performed various business tasks including data entry, creating/maintaining files, answering/transferring calls, and researching customer inquiries required
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (including Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word) required.
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Applications (including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus, but not required.
  • Accurate typing experience required
  • High School Diploma required
  • Some college preferred
